Shipping Information

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Allow 5 - 10 days for delivery. Express delivery is available upon request.

International orders are shipped via USPS, IPA or International Express. Delivery times vary by country, but orders typically arrive within one to four weeks. Canadian orders may be subject to the GST, which is payable upon receipt and not included in shipping charges. If the actual shipping rate exceeds the rate quoted via the shopping cart, the purchaser will be contacted to approve the revised shipping cost.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted from domestic institutions for orders over $50, upon approval. A $5.00 processing fee will be added to each purchase order. The original purchase order may be faxed, mailed or electronically scanned and emailed to AAPT. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Payment

Payment may be made by check, money order or credit card. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency payable to AAPT with imprinted micro-encoding.

Discounts – Coupons

• Quantity Discounts: A purchase of 10 or more of a single AAPT published product will be eligible for a 20% discount from the list price. Sale items or products which are published from other vendors do not qualify for a quantity discount. Important: Excluding shipping damage, products that are purchased with the quantity discount are not eligible for a refund.
• Coupons: A valid coupon code must be printed on the order or the actual coupon submitted with payment.

Refunds

• Damaged: Items damaged during shipping must be reported immediately. Save packaging and contact AAPT at 301.209.3333 for instructions. An even exchange will be processed.
• 30 Day Limit: Items returned within 30 days in salable condition receive a refund of the product price subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees and coupons or other discounts are not reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the cost incurred when returning product(s) to AAPT. No returns will be accepted 1 month after the invoice date.
• Ineligible Products: Products that were purchased with the quantity discount are not eligible for a refund.
• Return Form: Please download and submit the AAPT return form.
• Reimbursement: Your refund will be processed to match your initial payment type.
