AAPT.org Keyword Search Tips
The AAPT Keyword Search Engine uses simple queries, meaning that end users may enter simple, comma-delimited strings and use wildcard characters. By default, a simple query searches for words, not strings. For example, entering the word "Metal" will find abstracts containing the word "metal" but not "metallic." You can use wildcards, however to broaden the scope of the search. "Metal*" will return abstracts containing "metal," "metallic," and/or "metallurgy."
For a more specific search you may enter multiple words separated by commas: introductory, university, demo. The comma is treated like a logical OR. If you omit the commas, the expression is treated as a phrase, so abstracts would be searched for the entire phrase "introductory university demo."
In aapt.org searches, case is ignored.
