I've lived in Andover for most of my life. I went to public school for elementry and middle school, and now I am a day student at Phillips Andover Academy.

Math and science have always been my favorite subjects, and since seventh grade I've been accelerating my study of them beyond the normal pace of my school. Last year I took physics and multivariable calculus, and this year I finished up the AP sciences with AP Biology. I am also studying Abstract Algebra from Dummit and Foote with one of my math teachers on the side since I've completed my school's math program.

Philosophy is probably my favorite subject outside of the maths and sciences, and I am currently part of a number of discussion groups on philosophy at my school. I recently enjoyed reading "The Fountianhead," by Ayn Rand, and studying the implications of Godel's incompleteness theorems on knowledge.

After attending the physics training camp last year, I've been doing a lot of physics on my own, ranging from reading A.P. French to working at my school's lab. I'm glad to be back this year, and look forward to meeting the new team.
