As you may know, AAPT's mission is to enhance the understanding and appreciation of physics through teaching. Our vision is to be the leader in physics education. We are committed to providing the most current resources and up-to-date research needed to enhance a physics educator's professional development.
The 2017 AAPT Summer Meeting is the premier physics educators conference in North America. It offers an excellent opportunity for members, colleagues, and future physicists from around the world to participate in physics workshops, meet and greet other physics educators, form networks nationally and locally, engage exhibitors and learn about the latest physics resources.

Location
The 2017 Summer Meeting will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. The main conference hotel is the Marriott Cincinnati RiverCenter. Workshops will be held at the University of Cincinnati (transportation will be provided).
