U.S. Physics Team Members Selected to Participate in the 2024 European Physics Olympiad

June 10, 2024, College Park, MD—Five students have been selected to represent the U.S. Physics Team at the European Physics Olympiad (EuPhO) to be held July 15–17 at Kutaisi International University, Kutaisi, Georgia, where student scholars from many nations will test their knowledge in physics, competing with the world's best.
The five traveling members of the 2024 U.S. Physics Team are:
- Shuoyan Chen, Troy High School, Fullerton, CA
- Luke Huang, New Canaan High School, New Canaan, CT
- Allen Li, Monta Vista High School, Cupertino, CA
- Zian Shi, Clovis North High School, Fresno, CA
- Richard Yang, Iowa City West High School, Iowa City, IA
Alternate traveler: Alexander Li, C. Leon King High School, Tampa, FL
