*Alert* 2024 AAPT Summer Meeting – Hotel Room Block Update
Due to an overwhelming response, the contracted room block at the host hotel has reached capacity for certain nights at the group rate of $179 per night.
To accommodate the high demand, we are working closely with the hotel to secure additional guest rooms. Please note that new reservations are subject to higher rates.
We understand the importance of securing accommodations at a reasonable cost and are making every effort to resolve this situation. We request your patience and ask that you continue to monitor the conference website for the latest updates.
