Despite the increase in inflation, AAPT is resolute in its decision to keep registration fees the same as last year with the goal of ensuring the 2024 Winter Meeting remains accessible and affordable for all attendees.

Early Bird Registration Rates (this rate has been extended until November 13, 2023)
- Full Member Rate: $499
- Student Member: $99
- Emeritus/Retired/Lifetime: $352
- Full Non-member: $768 (includes a one year membership to AAPT. Membership will be available within five business days)
- One-day Only: $300 member/$559 non-member
Special Rates for First Time Attendees for K-12 and TYC Teachers (these rates do not expire)
- First Timers K-12 Teacher's Day: $99
K-12 Teacher’s Day will be held on Sunday, January 7 and is open to K-12 teachers who have never attended an AAPT national meeting. - First Timers TYC Teacher's Day: $99
TYC Day will be held on Monday, January 8 and is open to TYC teachers who have never attended an AAPT national meeting.
Advanced Registration Rates (available from November 14 to December 14)
- Full Member Rate: $655
- Student Member: $99
- Emeritus/Retired/Lifetime: $535
- Full Non-member: $922 (includes a one year membership to AAPT. Membership will be available within five business days)
- One-day Only: $465 member/$709 non-member
Onsite Rates (available from December 15 to January 9)
- Full Meeting Member Rate: $905
- Student Member: $99
- Emeritus/Retired/Lifetime: $731
- Full Meeting Non-member: $1,171 (includes a one-year membership to AAPT. Membership will be available within five business days)
- One-day Only: $621 member/$855 non-member
Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund until December 7, 2023
- No refund after December 8, 2023
