In case your Underline account has not been authorized to access the AAPT event, please report the issue by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
All registrants will be able to access the virtual conference platform on January 1. Video recordings of all invited/contributed talks will be available for viewing, along with access to the poster PDFs. Please click here for video on navigating the platform.
During the dates of the conference you will be able to join a moderated Q&A session for each recorded talk. However, as you view the videos pre-conference you will be able to make comments or leave questions that the moderator and speaker will have access to.
You will also be able to view the poster PDFs ahead of time. The actual poster sessions will be live during the conference and held on the virtual platform in Gathertown. This virtual environment will allow you to walk around the posters and ask questions of the poster presenters. Please click here for video on navigating Gathertown.
