Presenter Information

Invited and Contributed Talks
All invited and contributed talks will be pre-recorded with contributed talks being 10 minutes and invited talks being 20 minutes. All recordings must be submitted by July 2 (instructions included below). You will be required to participate in a live scheduled Q&A session over the meeting dates. The date of your presentation will be posted soon.

You will need a Presentation ID in order to upload your presentation.  Please click here for your Presentation ID.
Poster Presentations
Poster presenters should upload a PDF of their poster (instructions included below).You will not submit a recording, but are expected to be available during the scheduled poster session to discuss your poster. The date of your presentation will be posted soon.

Multiple Presentations
If you submitted a talk and a poster(s) then you must upload a recording for your talk and a PDF of each poster. If you are submitting for AAPT and PERC you will be required to upload two different presentations. You will receive separate instructions to upload your PERC presentation.

Speaker Registration
All member invited speakers as well as contributed and poster presenters are required to register for the meeting in order to participate and have your presentation included in the program by July 8. Please click here for more information.
