The last day to book a room is June 20, 2022 (at 5:00 PM EDT).  We suggest that you book your room early, since the hotel can sell out before the cut-off date. 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night's room and tax fee.

AAPT has secured a discounted parking rate of $17 per night.
