Invited/Contributed Talks
All invited and contributed talks will be recorded live. These recordings will be available on demand two weeks after the conclusion of the meeting. Since all presentations will be recorded, it is mandatory that you fill out this recording release form: https://aapt-sm-
A laptop will be available in each meeting room. You can upload your slides to the form or bring them to the presentation room on a thumb drive. Please make sure all videos are embedded in the PPT as well. If for some reason you MUST play your PPT from your computer, please have any adapters that will convert your laptop to HDMI.
We ask you to arrive at the presentation room 10 minutes before the start of your session.
Posters
Poster presenters are asked to upload a copy of their slide and sign the release form https://aapt-sm-
Abstract ID
You will need an Abstract ID in order to upload your presentation/slide. Please click here for your Abstract ID.
Multiple Presentations
If you submitted a talk and a poster(s) then you must upload a PowerPoint presentation for your talk and a PDF of each poster.
