Meeting App
The 2025 AAPT Winter Meeting app is available for download. Android users can go to their "Play Store" and Apple users can go to the "App Store" and search for AAPT. Or use the QR code below.

Steps to Log In
Once the app is downloaded, follow these steps to log in:

1. Open the app.

2. Enter the email address you used to register for the meeting.

3. Follow the prompts to complete your login process. (Tip: Check your SPAM folder for your app verification code needed to log in. You will receive an email from an email from "Shamera Stewart <programs@aapt.org> via cvent-planner.com")

Attendee List Visibility
Your name will not automatically appear on the app's attendee list unless you grant permission. To update your visibility settings:

1. Tap your profile (person icon at the bottom of the screen).

2. Select Settings.

3. Tap Privacy.

4. Adjust your Visibility setting as desired.
